Tailor-made assets is the term for the inheritance and management of business assets. Some clients are either not interested or do not have time to take care of their assets and want to either cover the time up to the sale of the assets, keep and increase their value or receive regular rent from these assets. This involves a relatively complicated set of services which is not provided by the institute itself but by selected corporate bodies or natural persons from already collaborating subjects.
