Znalecký a oceňovací ústav s.r.o. was founded by three partners at the beginning of 2000. The main driving force of the company was that at present valuing assets is a very complicated issue and specific cases require the assistance of individual experts.  Team work is one of our main mottos.  However, individual partners have been involved in valuation and estimates for a long time.  During their individual business and expert activities series consultations occurred which gradually encouraged them to unite their procedures as uniform activities under one roof.  A group of co-workers was created around the company composed either of legal experts or advisors with the most variable experience to provide the maximum economic view for individual projects, particularly for more complicated cases.  The firm’s clients became interested in comprehensive services and consulting activities.  It mainly involved services related to our main products.  Consulting services mainly involve investment, financial, economic and tax consulting activities by our own staff or from cooperating persons. 

Ing.arch. Vladimír Erben (1951)

Is a long-term legal economy expert (from 1978) – pricing and valuing real estate, he was also appointed an education and culture legal expert – fine arts specializing in pictures, glass, china glass, antique furniture, he has long-term investment construction experience, during his 13-year business activities he has been dealing with the issue of selling assets from individual movable assets up to the complicated economic units.  He uses this wide experience in his expert activities.

Ing. František Kocourek (1957)

Was appointed economic legal expert – estimating prices in 1989, he has been pursuing this activity intensively since, he is a certified valuator of assets of Bankovní institutu a.s. – QON,  he also supports the activities of the real estate agency Reality Kocourek, where he uses an extensive database of market values from executed transactions.  He has successfully passed several courses and trainings on valuing assets, in particular for real estate and enterprises, during his business activities he has been also dealing with valuations of these commodities. 

Ing. Petr Peštuka (1961)

Has cooperated for more than 10 years with mainly economic and investment valuation opportunities experts. In 1994 he passed the broker examinations and the Ministry of Finance licence for security transactions, then he worked briefly with a securities trader and an investment company, he has passed specialized courses on valuing assets. He has headed an automotive industry firm and also has wide management and marketing experience. 

From 18 August 2000 the company has been registered in the first part of the list of institutions qualified for expert opinions according to Act No. 36/1967 Coll., on Experts and Interpreters, and based on  this registration it can produce expert opinions on various fields and for various purposes. 

The company also values assets based on concessions and trade licences according to the Trade Licensing Act within a wide range of valuated property commodities.
